1. What does eco-friendly mean?

Answer: To qualify as a product in our range, it must be either organic, made from natural ingredients, recyclable or made from recycled materials. Additionally, we source fair trade/ethical products wherever possible. 


2. How do I buy a product?

Answer:  Click the "Get it" button to add items to your shopping cart, viewable from the icon on the top right. When ready, the checkout process is simple and fast allowing you to pay securely using PayPal (including credit card, debit card and bank transfer.).


If a product is out of stock, we will notify you straight away and advise when/if we can get it for you. In the event we can not get it for you, we will offer you a Refund for the cost of the item (and any Shipping Costs) OR a Store Credit, if you prefer. 


3. How long before I get my goodies?

Answer: We process and despatch your order within 3-5 working days. 


We use Sendle as our preferred courier for deliveries as they're carbon neutral which we think is marvellous. They'll keep you informed of the progress of your delivery via email/text.


Our standard option is to 'leave the parcel where it is safe to do so', please notify us otherwise where this is not suitable. 


All PO Box deliveries will be handled by Australia Post.


If you require an urgent service, then please let us know and we will do our absolute best to assist.


Please note that all International Shipping Times and Costs will be calculated and advised separately.


4. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Answer: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 to Metro areas. 


For orders under that amount:

0 - 25kg = $10.00

25kg + = $25.00

(* rural areas may incur an additional charge)



5. How do I pay with Bitcoin?

Answer: Just select the “Payment In Advance” option at Checkout and follow the step by step instructions from there. 


6. Do you store my credit card details?

Answer: NO! We're not crazy, which is why we trust PayPal to handle those transactions and you are taken securely to their site to perform them.

7. How do I return an item?

Answer: We have a hassle free policy on returnsIf you're not 100% happy, return it to us and we'll refund you for the item/s and any postage incurred returning the item/s. calculated and advised separately.


8. There's plastic in my packaging, what gives?

Answer: We accept that plastic is a part of society and look to maximise the term of its usefulness. Where possible, we reuse or recycle boxes, packaging materials and containers. If you would prefer to have your goods shipped to you in only recycled material/s that does not include plastic, then please notify us in advance.
